I ordered a part for my bike and it said, "IN STOCK" and delivery was going to be 2-3 days. Then I received an email saying it would actually be a couple of weeks....

and then soon after that it was updated to now over a month. I hate it when companies try to make as much money as they can by sacrificing their integrity.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $127.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Partzilla Pros: Great looking website, Parts cost, Competitive pricing.

Partzilla Cons: Based on lies, No integrity.
