Partzilla - Wrong OEM Parts Diagrams: Too Bad Customer
Recently ordered several OEM Kawasaki Jet Ski parts based on an exploded parts diagram on the PartZilla site.The diagram was wrong and as a result I received and paid for the wrong parts.
I sent PartZilla a corrected diagram for review. They could care less. Lousy customer service from Robert at Ext 325 (supposedly a supervisor). Also, shipping was painfully slow.
Took 3 weeks to get the wrong parts!! They typically do not have the parts in-stock and scrounge them from whoever might have them. 5 star customer service?
In my case definitely not.One persons one and only experience may not be typical.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue as the author lost $13. The author is overall dissatisfied with Partzilla. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
